Nicole Stegman Chambless was born in Canada and raised in a small North Dakota town along the Canadian border (population 996). She graduated from the University of North Dakota in Grand Forks, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts and Communications. Upon graduation from University, Nicole was a writer for a newspaper.
Nicole moved to Pompano Beach, Florida in 1996. She worked as a Project Coordinator for a computer company based out of Boca Raton.
In April 2002, Nicole and her husband David, founded United Realty Group of South Florida that eventually became United Realty Group Inc. She has held many positions over the last two decades, such as Recruiter, Receptionist and President, just to name a few.
In 2017 she began the lengthy process of redesigning and decorating the branch offices to reflect URG’s True-Blue Realtors. By the beginning of 2024, fifteen offices were completed, with the remainder to be completed before the year’s end.
Today, she is the Vice President of Marketing and Recruitment and a steadfast and passionate Brand Ambassador. She is actively involved in the development and execution of company strategy, policies, procedures and structure. She continues to be inspired daily by URG Agents and committed to the success, growth and longevity of the family business.
